Andy Murray reveals ambitious new plans for latest luxury development at his five-star Cromlix hotel

IT’S been almost a decade since Andy Murray bought the luxury Cromlix House hotel in Dunblane.

And the tennis superstar’s dramatic renovation of the five-star complex certainly isn’t over yet.

Having previously been overseen by a management group, Murray and wife Kim took over the running of the property at the beginning of this year.

Kim, especially, has taken the lead and taken control of the ongoing project that Andy paid £2million to land back in 2014.

And what a transformation the five-star hotel has seen and it hasn’t gone unnoticed either with numerous hospitality awards going to the venue.

The Cromlix is a location with a special place in the Murray family’s heart.

Andy and Kim got married there, as did the former Wimbledon champion’s brother Jamie.

Kim took control of running things at the Cromlix in January with the intention of making sure the hotel better reflected her personal tastes.

And Kim, 35, threw open the doors and welcomed the cameras inside for an all-access look at the incredible transformation she has overseen.

Speaking to the Sunday Times, Kim gave a personal, behind the scenes tour of the vibrant new Cromlix.
