A source has revealed that Prince William is concerned for Kate Middleton as she gets back to her Royal engagements after her cancer treatment.

The Princess of Wales, who completed her treatment in September, has been gradually returning to her duties and was seen at the Remembrance Sunday events.

She’s also preparing for her annual Christmas carol service. While her reappearance has pleased supporters, the source suggests that William is apprehensive.
