Paige Spiranac Can’t Stop Laughing at Kevin Kisner as Pro Becomes Meme Sensation at TGL
If you are following Paige Spiranac on Twitter, you must be experiencing a weird sense of déjà vu. It has everything to do with Kevin Kisner and TGL. Kisner plays for the Jupiter Links Golf Club, Tiger Woods’s team. His team also has Tom Kim and Max Homa. But for some reason, Kisner, who is the senior-most outside of Woods, gets caught in awkward situations at the SoFi Center.
During the first match of Jupiter Links, Kisner had a stroke from the greenside bunker at the par-3 14 hole. What was supposed to be a feathery stroke turned out to be a rocket as it hit the flagpole with force and had people ducking for cover. Post-match, Woods described that Kisner’s bunker shot was one of the “funniest” moments he’d ever seen, saying, “It was just one of those weird nights.”
Spiranac, who found the situation too funny, had tweeted, “One of us! One of us! One of us!”, referring to the fact that Kisner plays more like a normal person rather than a professional golfer. And now, she has tweeted that again after the four-time PGA Tour winner has found himself in another situation he rather not have.
