Serena Williams Starts Teaching Tennis to 14-Month-Old Daughter Adira in Adorable Video: ‘When’s Too Early?’
Serena Williams’ younger daughter is already starting to follow in her mom’s footsteps.
On Monday, Nov. 4, the tennis pro, 43, shared a video on her Instagram of herself and her 14-month-old daughter Adira as they stood together on a tennis court. In the Reel, Adira picks up a tennis ball and looks up at her mom, who points to a basket filled with tennis balls and says, “Hey Adira, put it in here!”
Adira runs away from her mom, throwing the ball against a fence and walking over to a white bench. “She was just doing it, man,” Williams says in the video. “We turned on the camera, she don’t want to do it.”
“When’s too early? @adiraohanian,” Williams joked in her caption.
Williams shares daughters Adira and Olympia, 7, with husband Alexis Ohanian, 41.
In late October, the retired tennis pro shared a few sweet snaps to her Instagram with her two daughters as the got all dressed up to see Taylor Swift at her Eras Tour show in Miami.
In the cute family photos, Williams wore a black mini dress while holding her baby daughter, who rocked jean shorts, a white long-sleeve shirt, a blue hair bow and a beaded choker necklace. Olympia went all out for the show, sporting a replica of Swift’s Lover bodysuit and silver rhinestoned cowboy boots.
“This is us . . . Getting ready for @taylorswift ✨,” the proud mom captioned the post.
