Madison Keys and her coach, Bjorn Fratangelo, officially tied the knot over the weekend in a romantic ceremony.
Six of Keys’ rivals and colleagues came out to attend the wedding in Charleston, as the world No. 21 dubbed it the “best weekend” of her life.
Fratangelo previously competed on the men’s circuit but he’s been coaching his partner since last summer and helped her reach the US Open semi-final.
When Keys ended her 2024 season in Wuhan, she had one thing on her mind – her upcoming nuptials. “Let’s get married,” she posted on social media after capping off another year on the tennis tour.
Keys and Fratangelo officially became husband and wife on Saturday, with some fellow players in attendance. Retired British pro-turned-pundit Laura Robson flew across the Atlantic to be there.
